This photo taken by David Goldes is one of many of his photos that offered me inspiration. I like how he uses water and surface tension in this photo to balance the nails. It seems very scientific and at the same time I can see a sort of artness to it. Many of his photos seem very scientific and the way he caught them on film gives them an art feel.
Another Photographer who is pretty cool is Dawn Roe. She did some optical illusions using a fake tree in which the tree seems to blend in with a reel tree. it is tough to discern which is fake and which is real.

In my pictures I hope to capture pictures that are more toward the sciences but try to capture it so that people still wonder and look at the image in a more artistic way.
